FAQ

🥕 You ask, we spill the beans

1. What kind of recipes do you send? Are they hard to make? +

Not at all. Our meal-kits are easy to prepare and don’t require any fancy equipment—just your regular home kitchen setup. Every week we deliver all the necessary to prepare 3 recipes:

  • One super quick recipe (under 15 minutes)
  • One intermediate recipe
  • One longer recipe (about 35 minutes)

The menu is fixed, but we adapt to all major allergies and intolerances, and we can often swap ingredients if there’s something you really dislike. Just let us know at checkout!

2. Where and when do you deliver? +

We deliver to the whole canton of Geneva and parts of canton Vaud. You can check your postcode on the “Order Here” page.

Delivery day: Tuesdays between 14:00 and 20:00 for orders placed before Sunday at midnight. We also deliver to workplaces during office hours.

If you’re not home, we can leave your box by the door, with a neighbour, or at a nearby shop—just add instructions with your order (door code, floor, etc).

We use cooler bags to keep things fresh, but please refrigerate everything ASAP. All ingredients should be used before Sunday (or sooner, if specified).

3. How does the subscription work? +

You can pause or cancel anytime after your second delivery via your customer account, as long as it's before Sunday at midnight.

After that, we place supplier orders and cannot offer refunds for late cancellations.

  • Welcome offer: -50% on your first order
  • Then: CHF 10 off every week

This discount supports our packaging reuse system for subscribers.

4. What about packaging? +

Your meals come in a cardboard box or jute bag with a reusable cooler. Subscribers—please leave these out before your next delivery so we can reuse them!

We use compostable or reusable packaging and avoid waste as much as possible. You’ll get a recycling guide in your first order.

5. Where do your products come from? +

Meat: Mostly local with GRTA certification (no GMOs, fair work, environmental respect).

Fish & seafood: Certified by MSC or Friends of the Sea for sustainability.

Fruits & veggies: Always seasonal, mostly local with GRTA certification, sometimes exotic—but only if in season where grown. Organic when possible!
