We deliver to the whole canton of Geneva and parts of Vaud.

If you prefer to take delivery at work during office hours, please send us an email at admin@beyondfood.ch and we will be happy to find a solution!

We deliver every Tuesday between 3pm and 10pm for orders placed before Sunday at midnight.

If you subscribed, you can pause or cancel easily after your second delivery by sending us a simple email to admin@beyondfood.ch before midnight on the Sunday preceding your next delivery.

As we aim to avoid food waste, this short 2-days period is needed for us to source all our ingredients in the right quantities.

 

Delivery instructions

In case of absence at the time of delivery we can leave the package by your door, with a neighbour, at a nearby shop or anywhere else. Just make sure to specify these instructions when you place your first order and don't forget to email us at admin@beyondfood.ch every time you need to change these instructions.

We use coolers containing ice to preserve your ingredients several hours (depending on the room temperature) after your delivery to offer some flexibility.

The respect of the cold chain is ensured all the way to your door!

However, we only guarantee the freshness of the ingredients until your delivery and recommend that you refrigerate the products contained in the cooler as well as the fruits and vegetables contained in the brown bags immediately after receiving your order.

All the ingredients delivered to you on Tuesdays must be used before Sunday or earlier if indicated.

IMPORTANT: Each week, make sure our team is able to collect the jute bag/cardboard box and cooler used for your previous order. Any missing item will be charged 10 CHF!
